The issue is, there are other taxes in those jurisdictions that it does need applied so I can't remove the zip codes

We want to load TB for now to get the starting balances into the system, and then once we figure out operational practices we will go back in and replace the TB balance with detailed transactions. The net impact to the GL will be $0 change, we'll just be swapping…
