Thanks for your answer. Yes, all the customer addresses are correct. The statement generated does NOT include the customer name. Nothing to do with the address. This is affecting ALL customers. How do i fix the system entirely so as the statements generated have the customer name on them?

Thanks for this. Scenario 1 does not work as there is no "Due Date" used .. this would collect every single invoice issued. That would result in our direct debit facility being removed by the governing body. NO Scenario2 - we use already and this does not work.
