Thanks Veda - I understand that part but I want to only see customer that have bought this product line and no others. It is the no others part that is throwing me off. I can find all of the transactions for this product line but I can't figure out how to exclude customers that have bought other products as well.

I went through the article and tried to give access to some employees for testing but then it pops up wanting me to purchase another seat - what's up with that? It is an employee that already has access in the production and sandbox environment.

I used icharts at a prior place of employment - just OK. It is only as powerful and the saved searches built around it. If you want something more powerful that saved searches look elsewhere.
