@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle I tried with two other browsers but same outcome. The only new workflow is copying PO# from Project to Invoice. I deleted the workflow, cleared browser cache, used other browsers but still PO# didn't copy from Sales Order to Invoice.

@Elychelle Gulen-Oracle Yes, the PO# field was already populated in the Sales Order prior to creating the invoice. Yes, it is the standard PO# field not a custom field. It is working as designed in our sandbox environment but not in production. We haven't made any changes in production, which makes it all the more puzzling.

@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle thank you! In the Advanced PDF source code, I entered my custom record field as "record.item.XXXX". Removing record and leaving the field as "item.XXXX" solved the issue. Much appreciated!

@Joahnna Given Uy-Oracle The emails were not going out. I checked the workflow history logs, communications tab and sent email list. However, I found a resolution. I changed the trigger for Send Email in Set Next Approver state from "After Record Submit" to "Entry" Thanks for looking into it.

@Michelle Jabanes-Oracle no, it didn't really answer the question. There are more subsidiaries and most of the affected employees belong to a single subsidiary. I guess we will have to rethink our design if there is no workaround. Thanks for following up.

@Jack Daryl Espiel-Oracle thank you! I tweaked the conditions for Approve/Reject buttons and boom! the invoices are now showing in Approve Invoices in addition to being able to approve on each individual invoice.

I turned off Consolidated Payment and the error stopped. We have been upgraded to the latest version and the release notes did state - Consolidated Payment and Multi-Subsidiary customer features are now compatible. Maybe I am missing something.

Thank you @Elychelle Gulen-Oracle Yes, I am trying to customize the Invoice Presentation template Suite App PDF form for an invoice. The instruction says not to change the Advanced PDF form but I was hoping for a workaround.

Need to create a MICR check template from scratch not just use MICR font on an existing template or check. Not even sure if it is what NetSuite can do as there are no articles or info out there.

I was hoping maybe someone has a workaround for the issue. I have advised the business to use T&M instead of Charge-Based billing. No, we are not using Advanced Revenue Management.

Thanks @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle The internal ID still didn't work for us and the invoices were imported into the parent customer without the project reference.

The reference type was set to internal ID for Customer but Project does not give the option when importing Open AR.
