Yes, you should use Workflow, just by adding a field value location to work order, it's really simple. Go to Setup>Customization>Workflows Action: Set field value Trigger on: Entry Good luck!

Even if you have one or more vendors on the list, you should have indicate the preferred with the "check", did you do that already? Regards!

There in nothing silly in your question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have more than one year using NetSuite and still don't know how to get access or find a list of defects or enhancements. It would be nice if we had a link to that and nicer if there I could find an approximate date of fix or deploy of a solution.:confused:

Hi, if you are not a JavaScript developer (I know zero JS), I suggest you to use Workflow tool from NetSuite, is amazing what you can do!!! All you need is easily configured using WF.
