Thanks for your response - the mass update is still stuck so i will raise a ticket.

I did a mass delete to remove old files in file cabinet and it is stuck on the 'mass update in progress' stuck for 24 hours. tried in sandbox and works - live environment seems stuck

Good morning, Thanks for the detailed response. Unfortunately this hasn't resolved the issue. The bank account already included the subsidiary. No vendors were marked as inactive. There were no mandatory custom fields It was working up until October and all users are affected including admin role. Thanks. Grace

I have checked - no entities are inactive and the box is checked.
