Hi @Clarisa De Torres-Oracle , This has been sorted. Thank you for your responses. It is a Customer dunning procedure, I created a new procedure and bulk assigned it to the customer. When I re- run the customer evaluation, it then worked. My assumption why it didn't worked in yesterday run is because of the inactivated…
