Hi Richard, Thanks for your response! Here is the screenshot of the error message on NetSuite connector (FarApp). Take order #58545 for an example. As you can see, the order total is $118.09, but it says a negative value. So this order cannot be loaded to NetSuite. I also attach our Payment method mapping and Discount…
