Hi Ivy, Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately with our company's current subscription settings we do not have access to the Netsuite Account Centre which is why I haven't been able to formally submit a ticket. Kind Regards, Bryan

Hi there, Unfortunately we never found a solution to this. It still happens occasionally within our Netsuite system. I can only guess it's a bug within Netsuite? I have asked about this a few times but have been unable to get a solution to fully resolve the issue.

Hi Ivy, Thanks for your reply. I have checked these conditions and unfortunately cannot identify what is causing the problem. The purchase order has a status of "Pending Receipt". Also I confirmed that the location has been set at the line level (this is a mandatory field in our account). I will read further the articles…

Hi Shamaine, Thanks for your reply. I can see that will help with the Purchase Orders linked to each Project. However, is it possible to show a single report which includes both Bills and Open Purchase Orders in the same report? The link above only seems to show the purchase orders, but not bills?
