Thanks. I believe I have it now at Lists>Website>Tabs>. I edit Checkout and put the tracking code in the Order Confirmation Message box. I can see it using tag assistant in Chrome.

Does the scriptable cart buy/get promotion work for multiple items or a single item? For example can I identify 10 items eligible for the promotion or would I have to make 10 different promotions?

The custom field that is based on a saved search that holds the sum of the weights of the packages works fine except that it won't show up in emails only. It shows up just fine in the item fulfillment print out.

We had this same problem today. It seems to related to access. I changed the role of the user and he could print picking tickets again.

The value pulled from the fulfillment transaction doesn't appear probably because like you said there could be multiple fulfillments.

To edit printing preferences go to Setup-Company-Printing, Fax & Email Preferences Then under the PDFs panel, you could tweak the fields to obtain what you need. It seems to me that if we lock Bronto out of the record with a workflow we lock out ourselves and can only view the record. There needs to be someway to subordinate the Bronto edits to our users edits.

I filed a support case and NS looked at it and acknowledges it as a problem. Hopefully its a quick fix because its causing us a lot of headaches.

I know how its supposed to work. This field keeps changing to a strange 11 digit number on its own. It's very annoying.

I'm seeing the same thing. The "To be printed" check box is not being passed from the customers preference to the transaction. So to get around this we have to check "Allow reprinting" when bulk printing invoices. Our invoices are also not being emailed (although sales orders and fulfillments are). Both of these problems…

dmatyas, I understand the steps and settings you described but I'm not getting it to work. My SS in the workflow definition simply returns the internal id's of the customers with new transaction of the previous week. Is this correct?

I have one more question. How do you create a workflow that copies the value from "Lifetime Customer Value" to "Customer Lifetime Value Stored" if the "Lifetime Customer Value" is not stored and the SS that computes it only returns one value?
