Hello @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle, I've just had a chance to read your last comment but haven't had a chance to reach out to our account manager. So you are saying that since we do not have this bundle we are not able to use the feature that I initially mentioned in this thread? Sorry I am just trying to understand better :)…

@Ayitah Tallada-Oracle, Sorry but I am not able to find that bundle…What is the name of the bundle and how is it supposed to help us?
-
Hello @Ayitah Tallada-Oracle, Thank you for responding to my question! It looks like we do not have the Bundle ID 22321 installed on our end.

Hi @Tris Mendoza-Oracle, Thank you so much for your answer! I had a feeling that it was the case but you confirmed it for me now…By the way, I've already voted for that enhancement but even with my vote only 16 votes are there…So it is not going to be a priority for NetSuite for a long time. Have a great day!!

Thank you @Vaibhav_IntegsCloud!! This is all I needed to know… Volkan

@Vaibhav_IntegsCloud, Thank you for your quick response. So basically, there is not a built in "Request Cash Advance" feature in NetSuite that would meet our needs except through submitting the request through an Expense report. That's too bad because we are not using NetSuite Expense Reporting yet but are hoping/planning…

Hi @Jervin Nicholas Teopengco-Oracle, Thank you for the reminder...Yes, unfortunately, I am still having the same issue...The item Sublist is still mandatory and the system will not let me submit the purchase request form.

Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle, Thank you for your comments. I have been able to solve the issue by customizing the audience of the saved Search in order for the employee to have access to it from his employee center. -Volkan
-
@Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle, Ok I get it....and unfortunately that's the part I am struggling with and needing help :) We already have a custom employee center but I can't seem to figure out how to modify their access and permission...This is what I am seeing for Employee access...only seven options...Should saved search…
-
Hi @Angelica Mae Segador-Oracle, Yes, I've seen your latest response...Thank you! Correct me if I am wrong...You are pretty much saying that an employee is not able to see a saved search on his/her employee center dashboard? Volkan
-
Hi @Midhun Nath, Thank you for your recommendation...That's something I had already done but had no success...No matter what I do, the employee is not able to see that saved search...So I am trying to figure out what else I might be missing...

YES!!! I grouped the program but also changed the Account : Applies to (Custom) from "Release from Restriction" to "is not none" and it worked! Thank YOU so much @Micah Timbol-Oracle!!!
-
@Micah Timbol-Oracle, Again, thank you for these tips...I appreciate your willingness to help. I have followed your instructions but it looks like I am still running into the same issue...Here is a screen shot of the new Yearly Revenue Saved Search, an updated program program record showing that the Yearly Revenue was…
-
Hello @Micah Timbol-Oracle, Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. So, if I am reading correctly, you are saying that the program "Yearly Revenue" sub-tab is pulling the data from that "Yearly Revenue" saved search. Does that mean that I have to add a program row to the results tab of the saved search in…
-
Hello @Micah Timbol-Oracle, yes the column headers would be the different earning payroll types, like salary, commission, bonus, etc...And no, I have not been able to figure it out yet...
-
Hi @Michelle Jabanes-Oracle, Sorry for the late response...I am still trying to figure out how to create a custom field...I will follow your instructions and close this case once I figure things out... Thank you!

Hello @Patrick Fresnosa-Oracle, Thank you for your response...Let me try to answer your questions below... 1) When we receive a donation, we process it as any other donation and tag that specific campaign that we have created. GL impact then would be a debit to checking and a credit to our revenue account. 2) When we…
