We have looked into and tried Pacejet. It seems to work well, but it would be nice if it was integrated even more tightly with NS. Also, they require that a Sales Order gets Approved before you can get shipping quotes, which for our sales process is ass-backwards. Hopefully in the future they will improve on these issues.

FIXED! It seems the workflow "Set Sales Rep SO" was somehow creating the problem. I followed the instructions from NetSuite Support and removed "Web Store" from the context by selecting everything but "Web Store". Tested 2 times and it seems to be working. THANK YOU

No, although we did try turning on Reference checkout just for troubleshooting purposes, but received the same error. NetSuite support asked us to try setting our theme back to Basic, which we tried, but also received the same error.
