  • I think we've hit on a potential solution - when a customer marks an address for deletion, we will prefix the address label field with something like "DND", and the site will be coded not to display that address in the selection drop-down during checkout. Hopefully this will work!
  • Thanks both of you! I ended up going with Tim's solution and it worked perfectly, exactly what I needed. Thanks again - aaron
  • Similar issue here. We are able to create a fulfillment as usual w/o any error code, but the fulfillment (with integrated FedEx label) saves no package data and creates no tracking information, so we are unable to print a FedEx label. I'm sure the workaround is going to be printing labels outside of NS and manually…
  • Hi Steve - i am having a similar issue and would love any advice that you (or anyone else) might have to give. We're trying to build a simple shipping report that details over a given period (typically one day) the SO which were fulfilled, items fulfilled, tracking number, and the serial numbers of the fulfilled items. Any…
  • Steve, thanks for the prompt response!! Good to know that this community is as active as that. I've had the EXACT same issue when trying to sort inventory logs - all available serials, across all locations, no matter which location is selected! Not much use, even considering that we have an particularly odd (imho, anyway)…

  • I have a similar issue - however, we are not using saved search emails. Basically, when a transaction (quote or sales order, generally) is created, we would like the confirmation email to be sent from our general return email address. When a custom form email is generated from within the transaction (by mousing over…
  • Our issue is the "bill to:company" field as well. NS is pushing the customer ID to Cybersource for that field, and since we use the customer's email address as the ID, the @ is causing the validation error, tx gets flagged, and no auth. This is particularly troublesome since the ID is also used by our customers to log in…
