Reach out to Jamie Houselog. He can put you in touch with the user group in the area and likely get good references from those local. https://www.linkedin.com/in/houselog/

Adaptive is always a sound option. They have gotten expensive but still a pretty good product. Also the Oracle NetSuite Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services (PBCS) might be something to look at. As for a new SuiteAnalytics tool...who knows. In the old days products were discussed and pushed back forever but now with…

Built on New Plug In Model. Heck yes

Both customer have experienced admins that didn't find the set up difficult. The first "spider" take time but it runs in the background.
-
I know a couple of customers in the Portland OR market that are tickled pink. They have discovered at least one limitation (I think it was values in custom fields that do not store showing as unused) but otherwise very happy with the purchase.

Adaptive Planning is a great tool for budgeting and forecasting but I still have issues with NS One World and creating the proper plan structure in Adaptive Planning.
-
why not use the NetSuite app? I was under the impression the Android version was out.
-
in the 15.1 preview they mentioned iphone updates to follow the 15.1 release but no confirmed timeline
-
In a former life I created a new workflow to replace the old with the criteria that this would be used on transactions created after a certain date...I would edit the old one to be for transactions created prior to a certain date...then i just monitor the pipeline of old transactions and once they were completed I would…

Maybe they expect you to use Vendor Return Authorization?
-
Unchecking the field is the simplest solution. Calculating a commision should require the rep to be in the drop down menu but payment is simply AP disbursements and wouldnt be affected
-
Perhaps modify the form? Move the field to a different custom tab where only those two users have access (or can even see it). Disable all other forms of that type so no other have access.
-
So...Before Record Load...What is available Before Record Load? Is Sales Rep populated? Is the Quote sourced from an Opportunity where that is populated or are you attemping to find the USER as a certain Sales Rep? Are you sure the Workflow is setting the form or something else?
-
Isnt the trouble going to be the evaluation of the sales order will be on SAVE which is just a step too late to add the discount item?
-
I'm fairly certain this will not be accomplished via Workflow. You will need scripting to get it done
-
Ever consider search results to trigger this? Each additional child record would add to the search results triggering your response
-
First thought is this could be a scheduled Search for contacts but the criteria would hone in on those custom fields on the customer record. search those contacts that are group leader and go from there
-
Kirk is correct. Run this as a scheduled workflow from a saved search. One of my tricks is to look for transactions that havent entered my particular workflow rather than the checkbox.
-
al3xicon . I copied the technique from andrewbevins who set up a workflow to identify specific invoices related to collections activity. Those invoices already within the workflow didnt need to be grabbed to be placed in the first position of the funnel. The criteria of the search looks for workflows active on the record…
-
The Next Approver does exist in my system. The largest amount of frustration comes when 2 transactions are processed and one fails in workflow yet has identical criteria
-
So you wish to duplicate an existing function. okay. I can see why you might want to but dont you have bigger fish to fry than sorting out functionality that already exists? I'm betting that this is only scriptable to replicate. You will note that when a partner is created in this way it has the identical Internal ID and…
