Olivier Isnt there an option for inline discounts? This might be a part of another module I had in my old system but i swear i was able to do this as it was an additional column available
-
That's news to me. Please share what you find out. The lack of automation drove my users crazy.
-
Are you saving the pipeline? Some of the reporting seems to require one to save their forecast etc during the prior month
-
Hi Jenny I frequently bagged the canned report and went straight to saved searches for forecast reports. You do lose your ability to compare results though. Using the report can be successful but it depends on how much you are willing to give up.

Bob If discount lines aren't working with rev rec schedules you are doing something wrong. My former employer used them all the time with rev rec schedules. Are you subtotaling your goods and applying the discount line to the subtotal? That was our common practice for various reasons. it may work for you. if not contact…

Thanks Andy I will give a second look to my import options. I would always prefer to use NetSuite without customization so that support can properly assist me when needed.

I believe the default under sales preferences handles this. View the general preference tab and check the Standard Sales Roles settings. You may want to restrict editing only and allow viewing.
-
My Team is based on You and Your Subordinates (Supervisor field)
-
Same here with admin role

I see Balance as a Default presentation on my KPI scorecard. I deleted it, noted I could not add it back, clicked remove all then RESET. It returned all the default values.

I think the Reference My Account templates might be your only option here. I dont think there is much you can do with basic customer center. The Premium Reference my Account allows payments but I think the Free basic version could suffice for your need and the HTML is editable so if you have those skills the sky is the…

I have had Custom KPI Scorecards that put such a load on the system that i make them private so most of my users are not impacted by it loading by accident. I love the concept but i could see issues with more than 10. Something like this may have to be custom reporting.
-
Been there...its the searches saved as the custom KPI. Remove the custom searches as custom KPI's and its just a shell
-
Been there. Then you are loading 20 custom search results on your page at the same time. Not pretty
-
Glad I'm not the only one. For me it was a caching issue. Hope you get it cleared
-
Try using a Forecast Report (you may need to filter for only OPS depending on how you forecast) and when customizing note that you can count the "weighted" column. The others dont support the COUNT function (no idea why). Then go build you pie chart by graphing the column 5 results. You will figure out the rest as you go.
-
Actually you can create that search. The formula will be an IF statement that calls one result if Full Time (1) or 0.5 is part time, Can you write an IF Statement?
-
rcreasy My experience is the user has to set up the view for themselves. I have never been successful at forcing it
-
I'm thinking. It might be a couple of days. I haven't dealt with this issue in years but i did solve it.
-
Define your criteria first. How will you count or sum the records? Ts the field already there? If not make one. You can get very complex here if you choose to. Where are you currently storing the FTE status of an employee? You may end up creating a custom record and a custom field. In the custom field ou will refer to a…
-
Its only counting records. You could design your own Employee HC KPI though and improve it.
-
I'm thinking this isnt possibel as it would be a Financial Statement. FS arent possible to be displayed on Dashboards.

I'm surprised this thread isnt exploding. Most of the users I encounter do exactly as your plan to do.

You mean SiteBuilder, SuiteBuilder is any Customization isnt it?

Welcome to 18.1! New permission in this release.

PaulGregson . You can search the Login Audit Trail. There are a couple of ways. Setup>UserRoles> View Login Audit Trail (you will want to seek out the Customer Center role you assign to customers) or Searches>New>Login Audit Trail either leads to the same answer. I see the email used with the Customer Center Role. The…
