Yes, I worked through the Netsuite documentation and it does work. You have enable everyone to be taxable, then load the applicable taxable zip codes into Netsuite. Are you trying to access the form on-line or edit it through Netsuite. Our on-line form developed a bug after our 2007 upgrade. We simply went into the form and removed and reinstalled one of the fields (in our case, it was the problem field) and re-saved it. It has worked fine since.
