Thanks for the confirmation. Glad I'm not crazy and/or blind. It would be remarkably helpful for all involved if you could search by Suite ID number. Suite Idea Number: 92924 is titled: CSV - support full CSV Export. Typing in 92924 in the SuiteIdea search yields no results though. These numbers help everyone avoid…

Might be a dumb questions but how does one vote for enhancements now? The SuiteIdeas site seems to have replaced the old enhancements section. Searching for that enhancement number yields no results. I searched for "export" and found SuiteIdea Number: 92924, Title: CSV - support full CSV Export. Oddly, searching SuiteIdeas…

Very useful indeed. I never noticed the Advanced Option of "Overwite Sublists" before. Thanks much!
-
Thanks rnedelkow. Unfortunately that didn't work though. I still get prompted to change my password.
-
Same here. Southeast US. status.netsuite.com is also down (love the irony).
-
This isn't local to the west coast. My users in NC and TN are down also.
-
I see this too but even as the administrator role: My post

Looks like the forum picture upload didn't work again. Picture here.

While I can't help fix the auto-numbering problem, I can tell you that from my experience and testing, making sure all manual transaction numbers end with a letter seems to prevent this problem. Sales Order Numbers: Auto: 499 Auto: 500 Auto: 501 Manual: SO# 46879-TEST Next Auto number will be: 502

That worked. Thank you for the reply. It begs the question though does NetSuite really require every single user to have a basic working knowledge of HTML in order to get their signatures to look right?

FYI Defect #304561 SUMMARY:Not possible to create Sales Orders > unexpected error. Alternate Solution:None. Your defect has been prioritized as an S1. I tried clearing my browser cache and the problem remains. I've only tried Firefox thus far but will be trying other browsers shortly.
-
I am having the same problem. "You cannot submit this form due to an unexpected error." when trying to save any sales order.
-
I've been hearing complaints for the last month or so. I haven't been able to identify anything in particular, just lots of users complaining about general 'slow' response. Exactly the same for me. Consistent performance for years, then the past month (closer to two months I'd say), many complaints of slowness. It's not…

Really slow again today. To open a sales order: Total 32.071 Server 30.159 (94.04%) Network 0.695 (2.17%) Client 1.217 (3.79%)

I and other users in my company have seen intermittent speed issues for about the past two months. Things that worked at exactly the same speed for years now often take much longer but not always. I created a case but of course received the standard "I have been investigating on your account's replica and could not…

I am experiencing significant delays in some areas as well. Global search auto complete suggestions take forever for example. Transactions appear quote slow as well.
-
There is no inherent functionality to do this unfortunately. SuiteIdea 17496 has been around for some time and has 259 votes so you aren't the only one requesting this.
-
I'm seeing some delays significantly longer than normal as well. It's not 136 seconds but significantly worse then normal and it's been happening for several days now. This was when saving an invoice. Total 21.923Server 20.411 (93.10%)Network 0.673 (3.07%)Client 0.839 (3.83%)Page…

Figured it out. There is a workflow tied to invoice creation. This workflow uses a saved search for event criteria. One user didn't have permission for that saved search and that caused the error.

An SPF record is a specific type of DNS record. Basically, this record tells email servers that emails from anyone@yourdoman.com are allowed to come from a server at NetSuite and not to block it. The SuiteAnswers page below gives good information about this.…
-
This would indeed help your outbound emails to customers from NetSuite. Your customers email server (receiving your email) will look for this SPF record to verify if the email that says it's from your domain but is coming from a NetSuite server is legitimate.

I use drop ship orders and the estimated cost features extensively. I have not seen this problem but it's quite disconcerting that others are. I too use this for gross profit calculations for commission purposes. I have a saved search that compares PO line item cost and the corresponding estimated extended cost on the SO…
-
I found the root cause for this. Firefox version 19 now includes a native PDF viewer. This is causing the problem. You can disable this in Firefox.…
-
That did indeed do the trick. Thanks! I was futilely looking in Acrobat for a setting to do this. The latest Adobe update must have made a change such that it tell the browser to print PDF's more like a standard web page as this was never an issue before. I've also noticed some slightly different font sizes and minor…

For the items that are on the sales order, what is the Cost Estimate Type set to? This is how you can control how the cost estimate is calculated and might be why you are seeing $0 amount for cost (and hence 100% profit). I use Purchase Order Rate as my cost estimate type almost exclusively as most of my orders are drop…

I am having problems in the southeast US. I can connect fine to both system and system2 on my T1 connection (TW telecom) but can only connect to system2 via Comcast cable internet.
-
JCirocco is right. This happens to me frequently due to long lead times. When this happens, I edit the sales order, check Get Authorization and save. This reauthorizes the card so the subsequent case sale now goes through.
-
Once you have a sales order (or estimate) you like, you can make a copy of it and the new copy brings over all the line items and such from the original. Every time you want to create a new "Blue Bike" order, you can open a previous one and make a copy of it.

Where can one find their storage space usage in 2014.2? This is no longer in the account center.
-
Thought I'd perform a little thread necromancy and see if this has been addressed. Is there an easy way to prevent file cabinet items from showing up in global search?
