@PaulFleetwood I am still experiencing some email delivery failures that I never had before the change. NetSuite help still shows to only use: include:sent-via.netsuite.com in SPF records. For now I have to take tech supports word that no new SPF entries are required and that the verified flag is now obsolete.
-
The results of this case from NetSuite support: "Compliance Verified flag should no longer be used as it is obsolete while on Oracle EDS(Email Delivery System). You may ignore this."

Hello, I have a case open for this and it is not yet resolved. NetSuite support is telling me that I have everything, including all my DNS records, setup correctly for SPF, DKIM and DMARC yet NetSuite's own Sent Email List page shows all my sent emails as Not Compliant since the date mentioned previously. I made no changes…

Hi Tigran, Thanks for the reply. No DNS records were changed. I can also send an email from NS to a gmail address and everything seems to pass so I'm not clear on why NS is saying these are not compliance verified: SPF: PASS with IP <> DKIM: 'PASS' with domain <> DMARC: 'PASS'

Did you ever figure this error out? I am getting the same error sending a quote to a confirmed valid email address.
-
I don't understand enough from your screenshot to provide any feedback I'm afraid.
-
I've been investigating ways to do this via SuiteScript but haven't had any success thus far.

Thanks Red. Option two is intriguing but I'm not sure it will work. When I need this I am in an item fulfillment transaction form. This form doesn't have an option to define a print template form. It's the custom packing slip transaction form that defines the print template that gets used so I can't just change the item…

Thank you. I think I have this figured out. By installing a PDF Direct driver from Zebra and printing from Adobe reader rather than a browser most of my issues went away. From there I just needed to adjust the PDF/HTML template (font sizes and such). The BFO PDF documentation was also helpful.

Hello Michelle and thank you for the response. This is not what I'm looking for however. What I am looking for is a true geographic based search. Something like find all customers within 100 miles of a certain city or address or zip code. A strict zip code numeric search is not the same.
-
I am looking for this same functionality. Is there a way to do this natively? Is there a way to do this with a third party? Thanks.

Same issue here. Posting so I can follow the thread.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I would like to have multiple DATE columns in an analytics pivot where each one has its own unique filter (for year over year comparisons) but can't find a way to accomplish that.
-
I agree Michelle. Anti-spoofing measures are only becoming more common and more strict. Hence why it's important to identify the source of the problem and correct it rather than asking the world to whitelist netsuite.com. In this post (https://community.oracle.com/message/15487984#15487984), there is a good diagram. You…

I have had one open for days. Their solutions is to have every one we send emails to whitelist netsuite.com...

These don't show up in undelivered emails. I believe they are sent and delivered just fine to the destination email servers. Somewhere on the recipient end those servers are suspicious of the email and block it, flag it as spam or something similar. For me it's multiple domains. My SPF record is: <span>v=spf1 mx…

Same issue for us. Everything is setup correctly (SPF, DKIM, DMARC). Emails are being sent (verified in the sent emails list) and not bounced (verified in the bounced and undelivered email lists), they just aren't received. Sending directly from Outlook works every time.
-
I've had some email delivery issues lately as well. NetSuite help suggests including ‘include: sent-via.netsuite.com’ in an SPF Record which I have had for years. I get DMARC reports that show SPF failing because the sending servers are actually names like: * nmail003.na3.netsuite.com * nmail004.na3.netsuite.com *…

Thank you for the reply. That's not exactly what I'm looking for so let me clarify. All I am concerned with is a dollar amount. The sum of all revenue on orders that has not yet been fulfilled/invoiced. That number is easy to determine via saved search in real time, I'm trying to find what this value was for historical…

None of my users can login at all. They simply get "An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again."

None of my users can even login. Just get "An unexpected error has occurred. Please go back and try again."

Hi John, I did get this working but I was using Merchant e-Solutions for years prior to the change to payment instruments so that may not help you. I had to create a new payment processing profile for Merchant e-Solutions to work with these payment instruments even though I was using them prior to this change. I *believe*…

It looks like this was related to Defect 536702: Special Order > Purchase orders > Shipping address field does not match Shipping lines field values

Thank you! I've tried several "dark" extensions but all the ones I tried worked only partially (portlets, KPI's, some menus etc. would always remain white on black). This is the first one that gets everything.

Bundle ID is 26153. It's called NetSuite for Outlook and the current version is 1.17.0.
-
I haven't seen this problem but my bundle is still at version 1.14.0. NS has prompted me to update it for weeks to version 1.17.0 but I can't update it myself since it's a managed bundle.
-
I can get to it from the settings portlet on my homepage. Select Setup NetSuite for Outlook. On this page, step 3 has a link to the 3.0 version.

Is a cloud based solution from NetSuite for synchronization on the radar? I know there are third parties out there that do this but I would think this would be something NS would want to implement directly. For those who have NS and Outlook365, the only thing required is a browser. To have to use the full version of…

You also have to go to setup, enable features, SuiteCloud tab and check the Outlook Integration SuiteApp. You might not have access to the client app or bundle until you do so.

We are using it with Windows 7 and Office 2010 (32-bit). For my users, the primary value in this is to get all their contact data to Outlook so it syncs with Exchange and hence their mobile devices. My users pretty much do all their activity tracking and scheduling in Outlook and don't sync it with NetSuite anymore. It…
