  • It would be great to get an update on the current state of system redundancy, secondary data centers, a real "full data export" and so on. Transparency on this is a good thing for us all. Thank you in advance.

  • Malin, I see a basic need to make the iPhone App more than a read-only type of application. If you could keep the mobile interface and let on-site service reps close cases, submit sales order and/or invoices - that would be huge. My best, Dave Hynek
