Per UPS, you cannot ship a 0 lb package. Try entering .01 as the weight.
-
Does Netsuite calculates negotiated rates?..We have some discounts from the UPS..Suggest me your ideas.. Under each shipping item (UPS Ground, Next Day, International...etc.) you can enter "discounted rate". For example, if you wanted to give customers a 10% discount, enter ".9".
-
It really ****s because online customers cannot check out.
-
It is not the license number - Netsuite isn't let me assign ANY shipping options for online customers. It simply tells everyone their address is invalid. I can only create a new shipping item that is free shipping...if I try to charge $5 it doesn't work.
-
Is there any reason Netsuite hasn't done this or something like it? It would be nice if all the money we are paying to Netsuite they can completely integrate UPS/FedEx/Mail Service without switching back and forth.
-
I don't know if this will work, but the only possible way I see being able to add stuff onto international forms it is to have Adobe Acrobat installed on the computer. Acrobat allows you to edit pdf files where Adobe Reader only allows you to view. When you click print, you may need to save the file to your computer then…

Any update on this?
-
Yes, that is exactly what we need and Jane's example is perfect - that's happened to us. So, by chance is there already an enhancement for this? This would be a great feature.
-
The enhancement doesn't appear to be what we are looking for. I think what Cody wants - in addition to us, is the ability to have the picking ticket show up back into the cue. This is BEFORE the sales order has been fulfilled. For example, you print off the pick ticket but you didn't mean to - you want it to print out…

As long as your items are setup correctly, when you ship internationally (except Puerto Rico - I cannot get PR to work no matter what!) with UPS it automatically generates the customs and nafta sheets. It doesn't automatically print them out with the label, you have to go to transactions > management > print forms and…
-
I know you already have your answer, but I just wanted to throw in my 2 cents. It is correct, the driver does not need to scan packages when he shows up - but then you risk it not being scanned for awhile and customers will call up saying 'I think my box is lost' because the tracking doesn't show any updates. Some may not…

Doesn't your printer have USB connections? We too bought Dells (a year ago) and I noticed the printer port was missing but the USB port with the thermal printer (Eltron/Zebra), with the Dell, with Netsuite - works great.
-
We have the same problem. One "solution", if you want to call it that, is to have different printers for different packing slips. Since Laser printers are relatively cheap, pre-load different printers with paper stock for that site. Preprint the header and modify the packing list to show only non-site specific text. When…

There is a problem, we can't fulfill items internationally have different manufacturer countries (Unexpected error returns), do u have the same problem?? We also sell products that come from different countries but do not have this problem. Have you entered in all the mandatory fields; manufacturer, mfg address, city,…

We have never had any issues with duty/tax. I am assuming it has always been charged directly to the customer since we have never been charged anything. I have never tried Netsuite with FedEx International so I am not familiar with those issues. -dave

We use Netsuite's UPS international shipping all the time - almost daily. Most of the time it's to Canada, but we have shipped around the world. The only country, or more accurately a US territory, we have not been able to ship to is Puerto Rico. :( I have tried multiple times with different settings but gave up and…

Go to Setup > Accounting > Shipping. Click preferences tab then under references section you can select what prints. It's pretty slick - thanks Netsuite. -dave

Thomas, Most of our products are made in USA. Other countries include Australia, Mexico, China, and others. When shipping to North America, it automatically prints the NAFTA forms and only includes products made in US, Mexico, or Canada. This morning we have a shipment to Canada with 2 items. A US product and a…

(I posted this in another forum, but I thought it was relevent - I don't know if it meets the needs of everyone, but for regular shipments it works for us.) We use Netsuite's UPS international shipping all the time - almost daily. Most of the time it's to Canada, but we have shipped around the world. The only country, or…
-
We have been using it quite frequently. It works pretty well but there are some problems. When entering orders we need to know if their UPS account number is already in the system - but Netsuite doesn't let you see that when entering a sales order. You have to enter the order, then go into the customers account and verify…

I went to setup > web site > set up web site and edited the site that had the issue and changed the font under the appearance tab. That did the trick - at least for me.
-
For what its worth, one of our sites did the same thing. Times New Roman. Looks terrible.
-
Let me know what you find out about exporting all the data. We may switch to something else by year end and I would like to know what obstacles I will face.
-
Our DNS provider is GoDaddy - NS support is telling me it might be on GoDaddy's side since he was able to pull it up (internally).
-
We are down suddenly. I didn't see anyone else posting so I figured it was just us. We have 6 NS sites are all down.
-
What is the difference between the two - system.netsuite.com vs system2.netsuite.com?
-
Who do you call when you need your clothes altered quickly. Taylor Swift. Oh, and our NS is down as well.
-
Yeah, we are having all sorts of issues with NS right now.
-
Waiting.... just waiting.... Anyone fans of Last Man on Earth?? Thoughts on the next season.
-
Additionally, our sites are down - well... they come up, but the cart doesn't work.
