Totally down. MD
-
We've seen a slight uptick in speed, actual considerable speed improvement, given the absolute slowness that we experienced this morning (and earlier). Hopefully the issue was actually worked on and we won't revert to the previous state!
-
Up and down yesterday; today we are down again... We cannot even log in or open tickets or anything. Netsuite?
-
No, it wasn't that. We played with the sublists, to no avail. Basically, Netsuite was broken. They issued an S1 defect and somehow fixed it. Though I haven't heard back from them yet, officially. But, it is faster now.
-
Aha! Last Friday. The same time our instance slowed to a halt and began timing out on all records and scripts. Something must be done. I thought we were in this alone, but now I see there are plenty of others!
-
Well, I came in this morning and everything seems much quicker and back to normal (regular) speeds. Rumor has it in Evan's name that a hotfix was issued last night to fix these issues, though I haven't had my tickets updated as of yet... Thanks!
-
I have no idea what the issue is and have been hurting for days on end. . . It happens to be that the suggestions we are hearing all point to related records and sublists. Indeed, when I changed the sublist on a customer record, which was loading the transaction sublist by default on the main screen, the load times went…

I am on with Netsuite now. They are opening up defects for each of the following: Entity Item Scripts !!!
-
I was told that every Thursday night there is a maintenance release. I would point to that, being that there was no change to our scripts in the past week and this issue began Friday morning. . .
-
Thanks! Don't forget it's been more than 1/2 a week (even though it is only 2 business days). And, 2 full business days now that we are completely crippled by this. It is real urgent; I sincerely hope Netsuite is paying attention to this, because this is very serious.
-
I opened cases with support and wasn't really dealt with. I've reopened them today (don't really know why they were closed?) but still have not heard from Netsuite in response. We are really suffering because of the slowness... Is there any way to understand why the server will be > 90% all the time in these PETs and…

Our instance is EXTREMELY slow today. Is this still an issue??? Also, I noticed that some script deployments are taking an exorbitant amount of time...

Has the IP been updated/changed?

Anything for Google Apps?
-
YES We had a payment that went through as verified by the CC processor, but there was no such record in NS. We had to then create a payment record and not charge the card.
-
Seems to be working now. Any ideas as to what the issue was, and can we expect that it will stay fixed now?
-
We cannot wait... we need this fixed ASAP. We cannot save any CC orders. On top of that, we cannot go ahead and approve those orders that were pending approval, regardless of payment terms. How can this happen? What is going on??????

Even system 2 is down: an error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.aef38fa8.1372199048.c9c60af

DOWN!!!!! Please help!

Back up? Netsuite - any comments? status.netsuite.com says nothing...
-
Ok, thanks.
-
farrago, Does Nextopia do anything by ways of faceted search? I know this sounds bad, but we are looking into implementing a good old Mid Market website on Netsuite as opposed to waiting the long haul for the new and improved (supposedly) SuiteCommerce or Enterprise edition, or whatever it is called...
-
Yes, seems better for now.
-
We're down!~
-
Unacceptably slow for us...
-
Seems back up for now... ?
-
What is this? We are experiencing this as well, now, and cannot access the Sandbox. This is ridiculous. We have 2 days of scheduled training for an implementation and wasted hours already sitting around staring at a screen that reads Down for Scheduled Maintenance on a platform that we are expected to have for this exact…
-
We were also never notified of the scheduled maintenance, by the way!
