You could probably easily whip up some SuiteScript to loop through your saved search (at a given time of day, or repeat every hour - if you needed it more often, you could even run it twice, once on the hour and once on the half-hour). It could update that checkbox, and then your group would be comprised of anyone checked.…

Same problem with one of our locations. system2 working (for now), though. Any other alternatives, in case something happens with system2? I see this in help, but it only delineates system2, and no other url: [INDENT]If you are experiencing issues similar to the ones listed above, we recommend that you log in to NetSuite…

Back up, now.
-
Our Netsuite (backend) is down. We can't log a ticket...
-
I gave it a go with the formula field - this is what I came up with (works fine for now, but still wondering what happened on Netsuite's end): Type: Hyperlink Text to display: "Fedex.com Link" Formula: 'http://www.fedex.com/Tracking?action=track&tracknumbers=' || REPLACE({linkedtrackingnumbers}, ' ', '%0D%0A') Note: This…
-
Again, while that is a good idea (searching Google), it doesn't work for multi-piece shipments (although my formula doesn't work for other carriers). It would be ideal to check the length of each of the tracking numbers and display the appropriate link (Fedex, UPS, USPS) based on the numbers, as mentioned in the…

I don't understand why this was changed... Do we really need to open an enhancement request to bring back an old feature? Can someone reference their enhancement request here if it has been opened already? Thanks! The Chrome/search Google suggestion above is the exact solution we are now using, although it fails to work…

I will investigate. <Sigh of relief/> I just opened a ticket with Support and while we were testing all browsers, it seemed to work fine in FF 4 on Windows 7. Chrome and IE 9 were issues. Basically, the Price field is an inline text field that updates and turns into an input field when you select Custom. It only changes…

YES! Most definitely. All of my users are complaining (mostly using Chrome, some using FF and IE). I thought at first that it was a client script I deployed, but it seems as if there is no reason my scripts should be moving focus. Obviously there was some update in the backend that affected all users. Please fix, Netsuite!

Yes, I agree. Dashboards/Centers could be a real pain. Sometimes, we'll want to duplicate an exact role from one center, with the same / slightly modified permissions, but with a different set of tabs and links. However, we can't simply copy that role and save it as a different role under a different center... The whole…

Confirmed - back up. But, still nothing reflected on the status page, which is somewhat surprising. Is there another page that would be dedicated for immediate updates on downtime?
-
I just looked at status.netsuite.com to see if any issues were reported yesterday and what the resolution was, but this is what I see: Sunday 5/22/2011 104,580,248 100.00% 100%? Didn't seem like that to many users. . .
-
I can get to the status page, but it doesn't display any downtime right now. Cannot access netsuite login though!!!
-
We have multiple programs, across which we sell to some of the same customers. It would be essential to our business model if we could detect duplicates by program as opposed to all dups. The current limitations of Netsuite Duplicate Customer Detection leaves us filtering out many so-called duplicates, even though they…

Funny, though, my date format is locked!
-
We are getting it with inventory items as well.
-
I hit the forums first, then opened a ticket: Case# 1795897 I wonder if Case# 1795896 is also this error!!
-
What is this? ?? ?? ? ? ??? We received items and are they not available in the location now?
-
Yes. I just got the same information from Netsuite. Interesting error... Defect #- 265274 SUMMARY: Item Receipt > Save or Edit > Returns Error : "The following items have not been distributed as of the date of this transaction. Consequently any locations associated with these items will be erased ..." Alternate Solution:…
-
Does it really have no impact? It sounds pretty scary, although I don't know what it is even supposed to mean. It is informing you that it will delete all locations?
-
This is an old thread, but I seem to be getting this error whenever I edit a Custom Entity Formula Field. Non-formula fields seem to work ok, but those with formulas in them (in Validation and Defaulting tab, Default Value, Formula checked, Store Value unchecked) we are getting: Items you have requested in the record have…

Funny, it's been over 7 years and I just came across the same issue. What's up with that? Netsuite, can you update your documentation???
-
Maybe I was looking at that... Either way, we were trying to script it in order to pay commissions on Billings, but apparently Alt Sales Amount is not payable on Billings and only on Bookings. Would you have any workaround for this?
-
If it is highest severity, how can it sit for three more days??? We need this functionality in NS.
-
Your account rep was not responsive?
-
Wow. You're good, you actually push it up the chain. I just shrug it off and say "Netsuite"
-
This is not only about jschneller, although I am happy his issues will be taken care of! This is about Netsuite not understanding that they have to conform to Cybersource guidelines and documentation. It clearly states that you cannot have certain characters in a certain sequence, yet for some reason Netsuite cannot…

Here's another response I got today: I checked the notes again and it states that the Customer ID will not be used in the validation anymore. Based on that, I think the Customer ID is out of the equation here. Let me know if you have further questions.
-
Last I heard from Netsuite, this was their reply: Our Developers are changing the mapping/logic of what we send to CyberSource they would not be sourcing from the Customer ID to avoid validation but would now be mostly supplying Card Holder field. Hope this helps. and Good day! ETA of fix is tentatively 3.7.2013 for…

This is beyond ridiculous. They are impossible.
