I'm using a workflow to send my invoices currently and this is working. My current criteria is using some information from the customer record and this works fine. I would also like to use criteria from the invoice. If the invoice balance is 0 I don't want to email. I'm using RecordId : Total Amount > RecordId : Amount Paid

I have an items that are setup as inventory items. They are considered expense items and not used on bom or work orders. My purchasing team would like to keep an inventory quantity balance in the warehouse but once someone takes an item from the warehouse to use it, I need to get the item relieved.
