I'm using a workflow to send my invoices currently and this is working. My current criteria is using some information from the customer record and this works fine. I would also like to use criteria from the invoice. If the invoice balance is 0 I don't want to email. I'm using RecordId : Total Amount > RecordId : Amount Paid

Finance charges is considered an internal process so my understanding is I can't create a workflow. Thank you for helping.
