The way to get the Price Level text is to use nlapiGetLineItemValue('item','price_display', i).

Try turning off Duplicate Number Warnings. On the menu, go to Home > Set Preferences > Transactions and un-check Duplicate Number Warnings. That should allow that user to perform the import without the Duplicate Error warning.

Hi Hazel, Thanks for the quick reply. Having the Bulk Merge output in one Word doc would be a huge help. I would still want to control the ordering within that document so that the individual letters print in the same order as the mailing labels. I will file a case as you suggest. Thanks, Greg
