The netsuite update script does not seem to update items 'purchase tax code' Is this something we need to amend ourselves without assistance from netsuite?

I have checked all my customer VAT numbers on the EU validation site and they are all correct, yet mine still fails with: GOV TALK ERROR ENCOUNTERED: Raised By: Gateway Error Number: 1046 Type: fatal Description: Authentication Failure. I concluded that this bundle had messed up our account (which was set up exactly as suggested by Netsuite from the Dec08 change). I had to fix the mess made by the bundle manually - would have been more helpful if netsuite had not made a bundle!

I've been very happy with SecPay, you need to have a merchant account with your UK bank before you can use them. They use netsuite themselves, so should be somewhat familiar with it should you have any problems. I don't think Verisign operate in the UK. Richard
