My email account is the "garbage collector" for the spammers who send email pretenting to originate from (invented address)@mydomain.com Adding SPF records to your domains DNS records will help with this. With SPF you publish to the world details of which machines are authorised senders of mail from your domain You can see…

Not everyone will be able to do this, but I changed the email address we gave out from support@my-domain.com to something.support@my-domain.com (i.e. a slightly less obvious mail name). We now don't get any spam cases. We still get the old support@ messages, but to an email inbox and therefore easier to delete. In our case…

We have tried deploying a reference implementation of SCA vincent and Google still seems to have trouble seeing it despite supposed SEO enhancements:h_a_w: My hope for SCA is increasingly in short supply....
-
I wondered too - farrago, did you try it out?
-
I'd be interested for any of these platforms...
-
seems more than latency on some sites

Development has provided an update and Support will contact you with an alternate solution while they investigate a permanent fix. Thanks for this update as we've had no communication from support and the 'customer center' view of the case and defect show nothing at all!
-
Development is actively working on this however no eta is available at this time. Is there no indication as to whether it is hours, days, weeks or months to resolution?
-
Outrageous behaviour by Netsuite - they have classed this an S3 defect. Anyone have any suggestions of other carts to use with netsuite if we ditch SCA? Defect: 340880 ABSTRACT SCA > Reference ShopFlow > Session Subsidiary Reverts to Default when Item Added to Cart is opened through Facet Filter DETAILS Alternate Solution:…

Can anyone at Netsuite provide us a real update on this? We are on a twice daily update schedule from customer care but we just get updated with the fact that there is no update. This is approaching the end of the third week since reported to Netsuite. Sadly we have had to implement a contingency plan abandoning…

geosat Did any of this get resolved? One of my customers is on SCA and OneWorld and wants to do a Canadian Only "version" of their site. Not that I am aware of but I have not kept track of the defect
-
We're not using multiple domains, just a single domain with a subsidiary selector as I saw demonstrated at Suiteworld, I even took a photo of the demo! In our simple scenario, the subsidiary selected is lost and the customer's account is registered against the default subsidiary rather than the selected one. I can't see…
-
oh dear - I presume you mean the currency issue - it would be helpful if support made contact when they THINK they have fixed a defect because the problem remains! I just looked in my customer center and the currency issue still shows OPEN! I guess I should be grateful that unlike subsidiary setting, the currency issue…

....and multi currency, which most oneworld accounts will use doesn't seem to be very well implemented in suite commerce advance either: Defect #- 291286 SUMMARY: SCA > Currency in session is not maintained after clicking on the Shop/Store link then refreshing the browser Alternate Solution: None Your defect has been…

I thought it would be helpful to other forum users to post the conclusion of this issue. It turns out this issue is SCA is not designed to work with multiple Oneworld subsidiaries but Netsuite will be filing an enhancement..... Support advise: "Our product team did not consider this a defect since by design this was not…

Day 17: No progress
-
Support is working with QA to raise the severity of this Defect. Support have had the case open for two weeks and only just finally accepted it is a defect - forgive me if I have lost faith.
-
We also have an almost default implementation, We also get the error, We also reported it to netsuite. Netsuite are very relaxed about the issue
-
The matching ones we have are: Advanced promotions last sales activity and a few of the checkout/my account bundles. A few other thoughts: Do you use the new or old style PDF templates? Do you trade just in USD or other currency too? Do you have multi inventry locations? Do you have oneworld?

Sorry, maybe the sarcasm was not conveyed well in my post!
-
....another outraged Netsuite customer here!
-
Actually this thread has been useful - I am going to investigate the celigo/magneto option. Perhaps that is a better idea and cancel the site builder option from Netsuite as I can only assume a number of the e-commerce features we all wait for from Netsuite will be similarly released as chargeable modules!
-
Well looking at it with a long term view, I guess we can expect it to be a cheap option when Netsuite move over to IP6. Given their sincere believe in the shortage of IP4 addresses I guess their plans to make the move will already be well advanced.

Anyone aware of anything in the last year to link Netsuite to Ariba?
-
Could I get the enhancement number to vote for this?
-
This is easily enough accomplished without having to file an enhancement. I'm not sure why NS wasn't able to help you with this. As I understand it, the method you suggest will mean duplicate fields for fax, mobile number etc... ? Or have I misunderstood the custom entity fields? Richard
-
This feature that you're looking for has already been logged as enhancement request 69512. Please vote for this request by filing a case with Support and having your case attached to this enhancement request to track its progress. Thanks, I will do. This has to be one of the dumbest omissions from Netsuite that I have seen…

By the way, all of the above scenarios where we keep the order result in a liability shift, according to SecPay. Not quite - there are some exceptions. The most recent info I have from my bank says the following do not result in liability shift: 1. Non EU Visa Commercial card with 'attempted authorisation' 2. Non UK…

Doug, Case #650013 - Defect 134688 An order today that had an error but did a sucessful card authorisation was: An error occured during checkout: Company: null Date/Time: 12/12/07 3:40 AM Error Ticket: fa3sk8gk1b3lv40kq11n6
-
On a related matter, has anyone else using 3dsecure (and maybe also secpay) noticed a significant number of 'Error occured during checkout' Since 3d-secure, we have had quite a few of these, where payment is taken via secpay but netsuite does not save the sales order. It is a serious problem Richard
