Hello Michelle: Yes, I cleared the cache. Upgraded the browser. Tried different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Opera, etc.) Even did a full reset of the iPad. I believe the problem might be that the iPad is just too old. Its an iPad Air 2.

I am using the Administrator role. (Internal ID 3) And I get this error when I try to save a change in a contact: Notice Permission Violation: The restrictions on your role deny you access to this record.
