Our website went down this am. Both Production and Sandbox so that tells me it is something on NetSuite's end.

Hi Loren, Looking at the Items subtab on a Quote, you'll see Name, Vendor Code and Vendor aren't available on this record. If you use the Records Browser you can see the fields available. NS doesn't show a Quote record in the browser but a Sales Order should be the same. Items in the Sublists area on the records broswer…

Same issue here. Communications > Messages > Email brings up the popup Email Messages box. The resulting box is broken and only showing in HTML mode. Not rich mode. I submitted an Urgent ticket to NetSuite as we can't message our customers. In checking source code, the ckeditor they use is getting a CodeMirror error.

Did you try the flag parameter "r" on the split for a regular expression? I don't know if it'll help but I'd give it a try.

Hi Sam, If you use ${record.custbody_sub_bank_ident@label}, do you see the label for this field? If not, then maybe it wasn't assigned to the form? Kent
