Are you referring to setting the role to " All Subsidisaries" on the custom role record?

Here is the contacts subtab on a standard record: But, I cannot get the Role funcitonalty on my contacts subtab on my custom record..

This worked perfectly for me, however, I am having trouble getting the "Contact Role" to appear on my Contact record of my custome record. I do not mean a specific role, I cannot make the actual "ROle" process appear so I can assign roles to the contact/custom record. Thanks in advance!
