  • Thanks Mike - I am a workflow guy and I can confirm that I can not set the value for this field in a workflow. I may have to find a script guy to do this for me or it may be time to take that Netsuite Suitescript class.
  • That is exactly what I did. I now have people asking me to delete records in the database because they think they are duplicates. I am going to go through and mark 'inactive' all of the client records that were created. Be nice is you could add a contact to a sales order. Not sure if there are other requests for this…
  • The only way the customer would see those fields is if you have it showing on the printing tab of the form. Just make sure those fields are not selected on the printing tab.

  • We receive a credit, however, many times it is a full month later. I could see where the vendor bill credit might work but it would only work if the items are taken out of inventory when the credit is created, not applied. I will have to check. Thank you for the response!
