  • got it - well i do have that filter along with type:create - the problem is there are times when more than one person will "create" something on the lead record - like an address of record. What happens is I end up with duplicates in the report. Maybe there is a way to filter out duplicates?

  • Thanks for the reply. I did do this - although there isn't the option to "customize" view but you can "edit" the view. Once I do this, i set the output type on the results tab to Grid but it doesn't change the appearance in the dashboard.

  • You could use a csv import to import the same description into multiple items or you could put the description into a custom website tag and reference it in the item's detailed description. <tagname> Hope that helps

  • We exported our detailed description to excel and then did find/replace for common html tags. Once it was cleaned up, we imported it back into a custom field called plain text description. It is a little work, but not as bad as I thought it would be.

  • Looks like the show up on the website in the order they were created. I had to recreate these options in a particular order for them to work. Bummer

  • We had this problem and I think it is fixed. You have to go to setup - accountint - set up accounting - tax and change the "default tax code" and make it blank. It seems to be working for us now. Hope it helps
