Anyone at Netsuite know if this is possible or not. Can we csv import a bill for a drop ship po? help??
-
Any update from Netsuite on this? We really need this functionality but it doesn't appear to be available.
-
We use v-lookups for these types of things all the time. Much easier and quicker than Access in my opinion.
-
I never did get any resolution. We do have the 2010.2 beta available to us so I may test it in there if I get a chance. If I do, I will let you know what I find.

Sounds good - I just don't understand how changing the form would make a difference. When I look at our drop ship bills they use the same form that I was using during my initial import that failed to connect the bills to the po's. What I need to know specifically is; what field in the csv mapping do i use to connect the…

Thanks - that did work but only if I want to completely replace the preferred vendor (which in some cases I do). But what I really need is a way to change the preferred vendor from one vendor to the other. So, on my item record I have two vendors listed. One is set to preferred and I need to swap it and set the other to…
-
nope - you can overwrite the sub list completely but I never found a way to swamp the preferred vendors

Sliu, I am not sure what you mean by not supported. If you look at the item template for csv imports, it is clear that the pricing fields are available for update and that the parent can be identified. We have been updating our prices this way for a year and half.
-
We are having problems also. We created a number of large matrix items and then we attempted to update the prices using a csv import. Some items updated fine and other did not. What is strange is that the csv uploaded and there were no errors, but the prices never changed. I'm hearing rumors about a new method of importing…

I did click on the Netsuite logo to get some info and this is what I received Total: 189.708 Server: 184.986 (97.51%) Network: 0.257 (0.14%) Client: 4.465 (2.35%) Something is wrong on the Netsuite side.

Thanks - but it the Netsuite backend that I am referring to currently.
-
I am a little lost on this one but I have one of our developers checking into it. We do have a handful of scripts running in our account but I am not sure which one is causing the problem - that's what I was hoping someone in support could tell me by maybe looking at the NS backend. I don't think our developer is going to…

The script associated with the bundle was indeed the problem. I had the developer remove the script and we can now use mass updates. Thank you for your help. Maybe my issue could be turned into an enhancement. If the error message included the script that was causing the error I could have resolved it right away. Thanks…

Thanks for the help. I looked in Netsuite on the tabs that you said and I couldn't find any errors. However, I checked one of Scheduled Mass Updates and the last time it ran successfully was the same date that a bundle was installed. Now I am pretty confident that a script for this bundle is causing the error. I have…

At about 12:30 pm EST the scheduled alerts fired off. Not sure why there was a delay.
-
We have noticed that some email alerts are working and some are not. However, our purchase orders are not being emailed to our vendors. Big problem
-
Our scripts are killing us. 1.5 minutes to load a transaction - 4 minutes to save. It definitely has to do with scripts that have been live in out system for some time. Is there an issue regarding this? I just got off the phone with support and they are not aware. Case# 791840

This is great - i wasnt aware of a problem but i was thinking just the other day that the search results weren't as relevant as i thought they should be. thanks

We were just upgraded to 2007.1 over the weekend and a some of our items are broke on the website (some of our best sellers) and we cant create new matrix items. I did file a case this morning (#635801) but haven't heard anything yet. Need help please

We are having trouble also. We auto fax the PO when we approve a sales order (most of orders are drop shipped). We get an email confirmation from Efax if the transmission was successful or not. We got a unsuccessful email for about 1/3 of our PO yesterday. We resent them today and some of our vendors are saying that they…

We are still having major issues with this. Certain things not being added to cart for no apparent reason. Is anyone else having problems?
-
Ok, this issue is getting more serious for us by the day. We now have customers coming to the site and they have another customers information and shopping cart items associated to them. Now we are moving past inconvenience to potential security issues. We have logged a case (109677) but it has been a number of days and no…

I doubled checked and it seems when i changed our form to include the minimum quantities it didn't save properly. When i did it again, the form is now working. My apologies and my thanks to whoever discovered by process of elimination that it was this field

Major issue with the images. From what I can tell, if there is an image under website hosting files, it will not display in the web store. These files can not have the 'make available without login' feature checked. The option is greyed out. These images are not viewable in our web store. When I right click on the image…

I'm glad it worked for you. unfortunately, it didn't work for us.

half of our images are not working either. Sales for the weeked were miserable. This is getting frustrating.
