We've had issues with transactions as low as $10,000 and got the same message. For us, those have all been problems that the customer has to deal with with their cc company. Different accounts have different daily (and other) limits.

There has been no progress communicated to us from Netsuite. If you have the time maybe you could split your campaign and do half in Netsuite and half though another service. Compare the results and see if there's a significant difference for you.

We use monkey merge from www.monkeyjob.com to combine all the word docs so we can batch print them. It's pretty quick and works well for us. PS: You can also use Adobe Acrobat to merge the docs into a pdf, but that's a lot slower.

It uses the record's internal ID number. You can show internal ID's by going to Set Preferences > General > Show Internal ID's. You can also order saved searches by Internal ID. It would be really nice if the merge was ordered by the sort order of the saved search it was based on, but at least this gives you something to…

I've used it for about 3 years now. The latest version is much easier to use than the old one that relied on Putty. We use CR10. I've heard that there are installation issues with 2008 but there are workarounds. See this thread and this one.

Well, it's fixed. If you run into a similar problem, just change your enterprise reporting password and then change it back again. This rebuilds all the views.

Is there any setup (other than form customization) to get the dymo labelwriter working with NetSuite? You can use them for all sorts of things. We use ours all the time for one-off mailing labels printed from the customer record. Check out this thread
