Hey Ivy, Thanks so much for your help with this. Unfortunately the amount that is in the GL impact does not match the last defined purchase price. Could Netsuite possibly be adding up the last purchase price of all of the sub-items that make up the assembly ? That math doesn't really work out either. Just trying to figure…

You can already reference member items using internal ID, external ID or name. After it is already within NetSuite and you export it, am I wrong? Thanks for posting.

That is true for internal ID. External ID is supposed to be the unique ID you set on your item record when you import them. If you want to use the part number for this mapping, you can update your existing items to set the external ID field to part number and then use that going forward. Will that work for you? Thank you…
