Support was able to unblock no permissions required errors for us, which allows our CMS pages to show once more. We are contacting our 3rd party vendors to update their fields, but many of our pages have custom fields from NS bundles that are locked.

Good luck, we're seeing 404 errors on all CMS pages. Do your customer center roles have permission to view CMS content? We had to update that Monday. Has not solved the problem with our CMS pages, but does seem to have allowed customers to see CMS content on PLP pages.

We are encountering this same problem. A defect was filed: Defect 784289 However the case has been closed twice without actually resolving the problem. All CMS landing pages have been down since Monday and I have no idea why. Let us know if you get a resolution or workaround.

Hi there, we were able to do this by arranging the items in the category itself, then choosing sort order = relevance. I hope that helps.

Just found out that entering the item name with hyphen in the 'search keywords' field on the item record returns the item through search. FYI in case anyone else runs into this.

Hello, thanks for the input. The rebuild of the index and manual checking of the 'is URL parameter' box did fix with the facets not being displayed as parameters. However, we are still seeing the internal id of the facet field rather than the name of the field or the value from the URL field referenced in the help file.

This is perhaps a related issue... We have setup our first campaign to email to subscribers and set it to execute at 2:00 -- nothing happened. Tried again at 3:00 -- same thing. We have successfully bulk emailed from saved searches, etc, so perhaps this is all tied up in a broken subscription function?

You can configure the Quick Search portlet for the type of object you want to search (item record for example) but not he specific field you want to search for. If you hit any insurmountable issues with the standard WSDK code, try looking at the Commerce API. It's reasonable simple to create a custom SSP and to pass shopping cart data back and forth cross-domain using jquery. If you need any pointers with this, just let me know. Thank you.
