We have had some success with Internet explorer and firefox, but it looks like anything that involves loading lists hangs up indefinitely. At this point, we are shipping orders from excel sheets - back to the good old days. This issue is definitely not resolved - North East - New Jersey area

All of our orders default to 'pending fulfillment, and we use a workflow to set the status of specific orders to pending approval. That scenario should work for you. You should keep in mind that orders that are 'pending approval' do not commit inventory.

Same here in New Jersey. We are experiencing errors on different roles in Netsuite as well as on our Website. Happy Friday and have a wonderful weekend! :(

You may try a bundle I found that allows you to customize the administrator role. Bundle #1251 - Administrator Role -Customizable is the name. It gives access to everything. You could then work in reverse, just removing access to the payroll functions.
