Hi there We had difficulty in getting scripts to work on the web store sales orders... but we could have been applying them to the wrong form. Where would you go about putting this script? Many thanks

I'm gonna cease this nonsense before it gets personnal. didn't work did it...

*bump* I just wanted to raise the profile of this enhancement request again as it is something that would interest us also. I am just about to vote for it Peter Hi All, The enhancement to vote for is ... Enhancement 59983 - Custom record type report writer 35 votes so far Thanks,

Hmmm... Our settings are all 'GMT: London/Dublin', including that of the user who first noticed it. Where are the different places this can be set up? Maybe I am missing something Thanks for the advice -Peter
-
I suspect that the case number 583773 that BluePeter has posted has caused ER 112505 to be raised, and that they might well be the same thing
-
Hi Craig Mine is 560187 - Issue 123202 (not sure which is the important number...). This is a major issue for us so I really do appreciate you looking into it. Many thanks Peter
-
We have not needed to make any changes either, it was just that NetSuite still calls it GMT rather than BST. The actual time is correct... its only a little thing, but it was brought to my attention so I had to look into it -Peter
-
Yup, this would be useful for us too - I also voted
-
You're not the only one with marketing and Hotmail issues Spotted this one yesterday - same problem? https://usergroup.netsuite.com/users/showthread.php?t=5781

I tried and went through all steps, It might be worth noting down all your steps here so we can see exactly what you are doing in case there is a step missing... Peter

Maybe the items could be special order items? It would create POs for goods though...
-
I'll keep my fingers crossed then - we havent had any data transfer at all today
-
Thanks Mark We have signed up to the defect. This is a real problem for us as we rely quite heavily on the transfer of data into NetSuite.

Hi Suzanne What you can do (although I suspect this method might not be supported by NetSuite) is create a new sublist view with the criteria you are interested in. Then you can run that search outside of a sublist by using the global search to pick up the Search Title. I did this before with an Email search to let me know…

That old chestnut! Let us know how you get on

You would go to your contact and head to the list of Messages. There, you should have a button called 'Customise View'. Clicking this will take you to a page which should be fairly familiar to you - it looks very much like a stripped down version of the search set-up screen. You will see a button called 'More Options'.…

You can create a Formula(text) results column concatenating the different fields you are interested in with <br> where you want your carriage returns. There may be a mroe efficient way of doing it, but I came up with something like this: CONCAT({billaddressee}, CONCAT('<br>', CONCAT({billaddress1}, CONCAT('<br>',…

This may be a bit of a fudge, but it should work For your 'Lead Status' column, add in a Formula (Text) column, open the formula pop-up and just select the field from the 'Field' list (with no function at all). This should give you a permanent column with just the text for the satus in. I hope it helps

Pretty easy to use - I like it I will like it even more when we can save the reports!
-
As numbering is sequential would putting the fulfilments into date order help? (I am presuming that within the date field the time is also referenced)
-
Scott is right - It is the transaction number of the fulfilment record. We print this on our fulfilments and use it as our unique reference for our carriers. It should do the trick
-
This is exactly what we would like - some script that runs when we send the Sales Order through to the warehouse for picking that sets the flag to false.
-
If you thick the 'Allow Reprinting' check box it will show you all packing slips.
-
Did this issue progress any further? It would be really handy for us too!
-
Have you tried using item groups instead of kits for this? it seems to be much more flexible... -Peter

In the interest of balance, we haven't had half as much resistance as we expected, and have actually had some positive comments regarding the clean lines of the new UI. The big change in the attitude of the 'users' happened when NetSuite changed the formatting of the field titles to great and capitalised them, and as a…

Other than the additional scrolling (which is a real pain) the other issue we are having with our forms is that there doesn't appear to be enough differentiation between the field names and the content of the fields. In the "Introducing NetSuite’s Bold New Look" video at about 38mins in, the field values are much bolder…

Hi Juan It is payment being taken on a cash sale which causes us an issue - it brings up the error message and when you click 'back' the data disappears. I suspect it is the same for the guys/gals above. Just want to add my voice to say that it would be a great benefit for us too!

Isn't that the 'Allow Audience to Edit' option? If it is, its been in there all the time
-
Its just a giant iPhone. That's exactly what it is ;)
