There has never been a sub-customer or other parent account on this record. How does the system think that there is one? We very rarely use sub-customers.

Was there ever any resolution with this issue. We have one customer that is showing up being 231 days, but they have a zero balance. They have been like this for quite some time, and my solution so far has been to simply ignore it and turn the hold field to off so they can process orders as needed. I would like to get this…

There are currently no open transactions on this customers account - they have a zero balance, the mini-aging fields all show zeros, the days overdue says 239.

They were already aware of it when I called in. There are no payment details showing either, which is frustrating. Case # 1758850 Defect # 259865: Sales Order: Get Authorization for Credit Card processing > Save > Payment tab > No Payment Event details. Your defect has been prioritized as an S2.

Yes, we just noticed this too

The only good news we have discovered for this, is that shipping is not able to fulfill the orders that were not actually authorized. I have created a search to alert us when an order is put in, using the flag that the auth code says no auth code. It is helpful to some extent, but we also use Cybersource Decision Manager,…

Ours too. No credit card orders are able to go thru. Hope this doesn't last long.

We have lots of wire payments (and they are often short by the wire fee also). We came up with a similar solution To apply a wire payment to a customer's invoice, this is what we did: 1) Created a new Non-Inventory item called Wire Tranfer fee- and in the creation of this, we set it up with the Expense Account of Bank fees…

Has there been any update on this? Should we vote on the enhancement (even though I agree it is a defect) to move it up the queue? I just voted on two similar enhancements # 59114 and #88690 - put in a note in my comments to state that we don't want a filled in CSC code but a blank space to re-enter the code if needed.

Thanks, when we get closer to a decision, I may take you up on that!

We are new with NS (Jul2011) and looking to streamline the Customer Tax Information. The challenge we have is where the customer is exempt in more than one State. We collect sales tax for Canada, TX, IL, WI, CT, and NJ with more coming down. I would like to be able to set up customers and show all States where they are…

I agree that parent/child doesn't work very well for us either. I have a similar question, do you ever use the name/id field to put flags on a customer - ie - filed bankruptcy, etc. Just curious how you handle customers who you don't want to sell to, do you just put them on hold and add a user note?

We don't use auto numbers, we have used them in the past with other software, and they were not helpful. We find it easier to use company names. We like to know how much a company is ordering as a whole, even if each division is billed separately, so we need a way to tie them all together, and find the parent/child to…
