We have been able to create the hyperlink in our signatures. You have to turn the whole signature into html (i.e. include <br> at the end of each line). I had thought of that but could find no reference to the internal ID. I was trying to use the formula option in the 'Default Value' option under the CRM custom field. Do you know how I could reference the internal ID in a custom field? Thanks Shirley
