I have been having a lot of trouble too. So if I just reference the internalID all is perfect? Thank you!!

I am trying to import sales from our ebay system, the problem that I am having is that the shipping cost is not being populated to the sales order. I have set the shipping method to default and just need the price to come up, but it comes as $0 every time.

We did the email trick through workflows as well. We setup software on the server that can route emails to different printers and set different options depending on filters on the emails also. http://www.namtuk.com/

We generally create sub customers for companies that have multiple billing addresses. One billing address per customer and when they call we choose the one that it will be billing to. We create them as subcustomers so that we can still see their total transactions too.
-
The system that we use seems to work fairly well (referenced above). However, one could also just create duplicate orders one for each release to be made with the appropriate date and quantity on each. Each order can have the same PO and sales order number so they come up in search. I never responded before, but I did try…

We do them by entering the sales order for the full amount with a notation to fulfill every x days then do individual fulfillment and invoices until it is closed. Our warehouse managers monitor open sales orders to make sure none are left open longer than necessary. I'm not sure if this would affect the sales forecasting…

What is the source of your orders? None of our orders go into netsuite until they have been paid. THEN at that point as soon as they are in netsuite they go to the fulfillment process. In the case of our main website, the order is authorized then input into netsuite then after fulfilling we capture the charge. However,…

We shouldn't have an issue with oversized items yet. (we probably won't ever ship those items to them) Luckily, most of our items are small so we should be fine with standard weight. We may run into the same issue as you with the kits. We currently use kits for ebay sales but I think since we are going with FBA for Amazon…

I'm not exactly sure what your situation is. We have price levels for every storefront for each item. (We did this so that we could try to effectively have our costs included in the price since various storefronts carry different costs.) Farrapp links to the appropriate price level for each storefront and then changing…

We set up a service fee item that is linked to a specific account for amazon fees. On every order, we apply this amazon fee as a line item and enter the amount. Another possible option may be to use a discount item. Works on the same principle.
-
Yep, what John said. The real issue with amazon is amazon! However, the system itself does work well. I find though that it may not be as intuitive as some other solutions (we've customized Netsuite ourself to make things work the way we need with farapp where some companies do that for you). We do FBA and FBM on Amazon.…
-
John, I responded to your other thread; however, i'm curious to know if you use an automated system or if you are manually entering the orders? We are about to start using FBA and i'm also curious to know if they tell you all of the fulfillment fees in advance like they do in the regular sales confirmation email that they…

Ok, Thanks. We are working on getting FarApp set up for amazon right now and i'm hoping that Steve will be able to figure out some way to pull this in for us too.
-
I like the idea of the highlighting; I forget about that feature. Otherwise, that's similar to what we have.
-
This sounds like something you could get from a workflow but I'm pretty green on workflows. I'd be interested to hear solutions. We currently use an email report that shows our sales reps what orders are open each day so that they don't forget and they manually review them and make sure they get filled appropriately.

From what walmart told us they will not load images that don't have a file suffix. It is also in their documentation somewhere but I don't have a link to that at the moment. We had the same issue and we diverted to loading our images from our webserver URL instead of netsuite directly.
-
We currently use Volusion and Netsuite but the two are not connected. We have been working to go to magento, actually. We use everything hosted so that it still cuts back on expenses; however, I do find my time is getting stretched lately... I've been eyeing the idea of using the NS advanced storefront if it will offer us…

Well, our main trouble is that we are still trying to get all the correct item data in netsuite. We migrated from quickbooks a couple of years ago. We are still in the process of trying to get all of our item information sorted out between all of our sales channels. That's the hardest part - not everything is in netsuite,…

FWIW... I just got a quote from Netsuite on upgrading us from the old web services features to the advanced system. Approximately $20k/year. I think i'll do it cheaper and keep that money, thank you. As far as multi-sites goes - We use different sites for different customer types and we simply do the notifications from the…

Hello there. Could you possibly give any more detail on the solution that you did? I would very much like to implement something for us because we often have customers that use different accounts for different orders and it causes problems with the system. Thanks!
-
Oh, that makes sense. Unfortunately, I think that the ozlink solution is too pricey right now for our needs.
-
Far app all the way. We haven't used him with Magento but he has done a custom integration for us and it's going smooth along with eBay.
-
Thanks for the response! We are going ahead and working with Steve on this right now to see how it works. I think it is going to be pretty smooth especially since we already have all the eBay fields in Netsuite. @bobd I did look at Ezorderlink, but I like the hosted solutions better for our use. I'm also thinking that this…

UPDATE: I figured out that not all of the items had the appropriate options applied to them. Now that is fixed and my items are displaying in the store; however, I am still having the same issue with the "pressure" option that will not allow me to select anything.
-
UPDATE2: It seems that I have most of the items displaying but not all of them. I cannot figure out why they aren't showing. Are there any outlines on the Matrix items that could explain why it won't show?
-
They were created by the matrix assistant initially but they were all created long before trying to implement a webstore. Just for reference http://shopping.netsuite.com/durachoice

I'm having issues setting up ours as well. I have only two items showing up and none of the rest. One of the items has several options but the system is only allowing the selection of two options. I'm kind of confused here. I've tried about everything I can think of. If anyone wants to look its at…

I have an issue somewhat related to this. It seems that when we view the Financial Reports in netsuite and select a parent department it will not show a cumulative for all of it's child departments. This is kind of confusing as it seems that you would actually want that function, otherwise why have parent/child entries?
-
We use this program as an alternative. It's very lightweight and can automatically process the files to print. http://www.lerup.com/printfile/

The netsuite iphone app is useless for doing anything but looking at your account. There are some other options available for fulfillment but mostly they require special hardware and setup etc. and it can be a big task and expense. There is also an Android app that might work for you. I have tried it but we ran into a…
