I think i may have isolated the cause... The users who experienced the time-out issue were using dashboard shortcuts to the 'print pick tickets' page. don't have firefox. i hear of it, but have no idea what it is. i thought it was a browser....no? I have IE6 FireFox is a browser. It can be downloaded here. The log out should not occur on either browser, but trying the work flow from another browser type can often help narrow the cause. Thanks, Ted

Good Morning Angelika. The process you describe should not result in any problem as you are creating it from the original window where you logged in. Are you using FireFox or IE? If you have an approximate time range when this occurred I can look into it a bit more. Thanks, Ted

For anyone that is experiencing this, please insure your start page (when you open a new browser/tab) is not set to NetSuite (www.netsuite.com or system.netsuite.com/pages/customerlogin.jsp). Issue 131184 tracks the reported timeouts and is under active investigating by Development. Thanks, Ted
