Enable "digital phone" through alerts delivered by the OAC agent(classic mode)
Among the destinations for OAC agents, "degital phone" is included. However, at present, "degital phone" is an option that can only be used with on-premise licenses. If the "degital phone" option becomes available in OAC, the usability of alerts will improve.
