I have worked on these scenarios using csv tool. I don't have any issues.
In CSV file, just take two fields i.e., Asset Internal id and depreciation Active .
When you upload make sure that you have enable the run server suitescript check box.

Good day.
Workflows can only access the Item sublist. Since the Department(Line) column is in the Lines sublist, Workflows cannot access this field.
You can make the Department column in the Journal Entry record to be mandatory by enabling the Make Departments Mandatory checkbox in Accounting Preferences.
Kindly follow the steps below:
- Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Preferences
- Under Classifications, check the Make Departments Mandatory checkbox
- Click Save

Good day! Maybe try to remove some fields on the result which could trigger some repetitions. Try removing the fields 'Item:Description' and 'Item:Vendor Code, then replace the 'Vendor:Name' by 'Mainline Name'. Then check again.
If still have multiple then try to leave just the Document Number, Mainline Name, Item, Amount then check if there will be a problem. Then if no problem, slowly add some results fields and check until all is complete.

Good day! If you are not familiar with the workflows, maybe you are familiar with saved searches? You can create a saved search and tick it as reminder so that you can pull it in the reminders portlet.

To inactive the nexus, go to Setup - Accounting - Nexus
Click on show inactives check box and select the nexus which you want to inactive and submit.
