Bank Feeds SuiteApp Issues

We installed the Bank Feeds SuiteApp a few weeks ago. Everything was fine, but now the sync is not happening. Support is telling me it is not syncing due to MFA. The login she uses online does not require MFA. Why does she have to re-authenticate the accounts everyday? Is anyone else having this issue?
