Approval Routing - System Created View ( Saved Search)
HI,
when activating the Approval Routing. Netsuite will create a View to the page Approve AR Invoices.
1) User role have a Subsidiary Restrictions example company A
2) User open Page Approve AR Invoices
3) System View will show all Subsidiary from A to Z transactions in the Page despite Subsidiary restrictions!
As this is system based View. This cannot be "mofied" to and set the subsidiary Criteria.
-> A new user view is created where this Subsidiary Criteria is activated.
but this "original system" view should be "invisible" for user roles
A) Is there a way to "Inactivate this" system View?
B) Can this system View prevent for the User/Roles
