I'm afraid there is no way to revert a search after it has been saved. It would probably help clicking Preview next time when you're testing so you are able to keep the original criteria of the search.

Hello, If you are creating a Saved Search, you have the option to show it in the menu. You just have to edit the search, and then set 'Show in Menu' = T. This way, the search will be listed under Reports > Saved Searches.
