How would you put a conditional statement in the template?

I'm having a problem getting kit components to print on the advanced Picking Tickets. They will print on the advanced Sales Order, but not Picking Tickets. Does anyone have any ideas what I can try to get it to work?

Does anyone have an update on this? We are experiencing the same problem for customers with Yahoo email addresses. They just never receive the message.

We are currently implementing Ozlink mobile. We are also implementing Netsuite right now too, so we are newbies. But the Ozlink solution should be pretty good.

No, we can't pull the line items in. But instead we "Include Transaction" in the email - inline below. So it pulls in the Item Fulfillment details which includes the tracking number and all pertinent information. I still wish I could do it the other way so that I could have full control of what is in the message and where.…

I have a fulfillment email being sent by workflow, triggered off of a saved search. We sell on different sites other than our own so we can't send the fulfillment email to customers who purchase from us on Amazon for example. It's been running well for over a year now.

I would like to know the answer to this question. I need to set the reorder point and the preferred stock level to zero based on whether the item is a clearance or discontinued product. The workflow is triggered via a saved search.
