Thank you, the slanted apostrophe was the problem. The formula was copied directly from Answer ID 20407 so it should be corrected there. I appreciate the help.

I have submitted case #2215164. I am being asked for various instances of poor performance in order for support to "continue with the investigation". I will supply the information but it appears that it is not just related to our account.

This is the third day that we have been having sporadic "ODBC - call failed" errors. 

Again for us yesterday around 5 to 6 PM ET Boston area. Even the briefest time of no connection has an adverse effect on our operation. I submitted a case earlier then canceled it when the issue seemed resolved. Netsuite?

Same here. I can refresh linked tables but get an ODBC error when downloading data.
