  • Hello Mike & Darren, We also process more than a hundred order/charges per day and when we were going with Cybersource, reconcilation was top of the list for making it easier. I'll try to clearly explain how we handle it and save time. We found that we had to keep our current gateway processor, Chase Paymentech (which is…
  • Carlyn, Yes, I've done it that way as well. I actually prefer this method.
  • Hi Amy, I was told that Cybersource is where to get detail reports, both VI/MC & Amex. Let me know if you need more detail to get to them. I'm curious as we are just now goingLive, where are you getting the detail breakout for VISA and MC now? I might be missing something?

My question was posted in direct result of knowing the importance of the COA but not knowing the requirements of NS. We have undergone…
  • We are just getting started setting up with NS. Is there anyone in Wholesale that would be willing to send me a sample of your Chart Of Accounts? This is my first posting so I don't know how to have you respond, or email me the chart. Let me know how this works. Thanks
  • I would be interested to know what the beneficial difference of using one over the other?
  • Linda, Thanks for this information. Confirms what I was thinking and will probably utilize the same approach as you suggested. Appreciate your time to reply. Canada was pretty easy to set up, had a few bumps but they were cleared up relatively easily and quickly with tech support help. We don't collect for all provinces so…
  • I would be interested to know how other Companies handle multiple tax exemption for their customers.
