If you click the "click here if you've forgotten your password" link, and a hint has been entered for that account, it will show up on that screen.

Basically, customerts enter their own hint that would help them remember their password... I suppose...

I'm not sure but after looking at your site it would appear the you want the page type to be web site category, not web site tab

That "page" field is avaialbe categorg. It is in my website now. I just want to get that URLs to combination with other website which did not hosted on netsuite. So your site is not NS hosted? Maybe host a page that has an auto re-direct to the page you need. That should work. That is, if I understand you correctly.

It points to the page you select in the "page" field - the page must actually exist! Select it from the list of available categories

Ok... it used to not work for us either, ubtil we set the duplicate criteria to email address. Since then, it has worked fantastically. Setp>Company>Duplicate Detection I have them all set to Email(Full)

Have you got duplicate detection turned on? Set it to "Update first record created"

Actually... I get a huge delay when testing on my machine, but if I use a co-workers machine (that hasn't used NS recently) the fields are called instantly. Maybe it's a browser setting. Would love to know what it is!

Navigate to Setup > Company > System Email Templates - customize templates as necessary That's brilliant! I have removed it. Now... why does it still appear? Where can I make it default? No check box anywhere that I can see...

If you just created the custom field you have to wait a few hours until it becomes available in Netsuite so you can use it in your website. You wouldn't have to do 2 transactions. Once you fill the sales order it becomes a cash sale. At that point edit the discount being applied to be the correct dollar amount for the items only and not the gift certificate. We use a disclaimer for inappropriate use of promocodes. We simply remove them before processing the card. But there should be a way!
